Aqualance
Ditch the plastic. Trust the tap.

About Aqualance
At Aqualance, we believe that sustainable hydration begins with trust in our infrastructure. Every year, millions of disposable plastic water filter cartridges end up in landfills, driven by consumer uncertainty about tap water safety. As an independent scientific research and environmental advocacy organization, we are working to bridge the gap between municipal water treatment data and household consumption habits.
Our mission is to eliminate point of use filtration waste by providing the public with transparent, data driven water quality education. By analyzing municipal water chemistry and local infrastructure variables, we empower individuals to confidently transition away from plastic filter cartridges without compromising on water quality, safety, or taste.
As a non commercial, public benefit research institute, Aqualance does not sell proprietary filter systems, water bottles, or mineral additives. Our independent status ensures that our research remains completely unbiased, open source, and dedicated solely to environmental protection and public trust.
What We Do
Water Quality Analysis
We conduct rigorous testing and chemical analysis of municipal water systems right at the point of consumption. Our research focuses on identifying true mineral compositions, pH levels, and heavy metal variables across various distribution systems to establish baseline consumer data.
Waste Mitigation & Education
We provide public education campaigns designed to measure and mitigate the environmental footprint of household water purification. by assessing the true lifecycle impact of disposable carbon filters and researching sustainable alternatives. we provide local communities the tools to embrace sustainable hydration habits.
Open Source Transparancy
We believe environmental data belongs to the public. All of our research findings, extraction metrics, and localized water profiles are published openly. We provide clear, accessible, and peer reviewed data so that public, and local businesses can make informed decisions based on science rather than marketing fears.
